Neimoidian drone

Neimoidian drones were Neimoidians whose development was deliberately stunted by a limited diet, preventing them from maturing beyond their larval form. These immature Neimoidians were then exploited as a workforce by the fully developed members of their species. As an illustration, Lott Dod, the Trade Federation senator, utilized these drones within his Senate Building offices. These office-bound drones handled almost all of the delegation's tasks. To foster competition, a supervisor would routinely give the same task to two drone teams, promising the winning team the right to consume the losing team as a reward.
