Noggox, a male Hutt, operated independently from the Hutt Grand Council. He lived on the planet of Affa. The Dark Acolyte Savage Opress ended the lives of Noggox and his entire entourage.
As a male Hutt, Noggox had tan skin, purple [arms](/article/limb-legends], and yellow eyes. He managed a droid manufacturing facility on Affa, separate from the Hutt authorities. His defenses were cutting-edge, and he made sure his guards were both loyal and dangerous. In 21 BBY, amidst the Clone Wars, Noggox engaged in selling droid brains to the Galactic Republic. One of his freighters was waylaid by the pirate Dool Pundar. However, the freighter was insured, and Noggox had already given the captain instructions on how to handle such an occurrence. A distress signal was sent to Coruscant, the capital of the Republic. The Supreme Chancellor then agreed to provide escorts for the remaining shipment. The Jedi Nuru Kungurama, accompanied by his clone trooper squad, was dispatched. Before the Jedi's arrival, Noggox's security detail discovered an intruder within the fortress. This intruder was the Dark Acolyte Savage Opress, who warned Noggox that he was in peril because Count Dooku, the leader of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, was aware of Noggox's dealings with the Jedi. Opress then proceeded to brutally murder Noggox and his entire staff, despite Noggox's attempts to negotiate. Upon Kungurama's arrival, he and his squad discovered the aftermath of the massacre, but continued their mission by escorting the freighter to Fondor. Republic investigators later determined that the massacre was the work of a solitary assassin.
Noggox's initial appearance was in The Clone Wars: Opress Unleashed, a 2011 comic book that was released as a promotional item for Free Comic Book Day. This comic was subsequently included in The Clone Wars: Strange Allies, a tie-in novel to the Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Secret Missions series for young readers, which was published later that same year.
