Noob Hill existed within Refugee Facility 17 in Ruan, in the year 25 ABY. This section offered slightly improved living conditions compared to the main refugee camp, accessible to those who paid Salliche Ag. Residents included various species such as Ithorians, Wookiees, and Gamorreans, all of whom were refugees escaping the Yuuzhan Vong invasion.
