Norgor was a male Human minion serving Satal and Aleema Keto, the rulers of the Empress Teta system during the years leading up to the Great Sith War. Back in 3997 BBY, a Jedi Knight named Ulic Qel-Droma arrived at the Empress Teta system, falsely claiming he wanted to join the Ketos' Sith cult, known as the Krath. However, Satal Keto, suspicious of Qel-Droma's motives, had him imprisoned and injected with a Sith poison. This action compelled Norgor and Aleema Keto to move the unconscious Jedi to Aleema's private chambers so he could rest.
Later on, after Satal discovered a transmission from Qel-Droma to other Jedi, revealing his true intention to dismantle the Krath's power, the Krath leader instructed Norgor to assassinate the Jedi Knight. Norgor made his move while Qel-Droma was in Aleema's bedchambers, bursting through the window with two blasters firing. However, Qel-Droma, wielding his lightsaber, swiftly killed Norgor.
Norgor, a male Human, was a prominent henchman who served Satal and Aleema Keto, the leaders of the Krath, a Sith cult, and the rulers of the Empress Teta system. In the year 3997 BBY, Ulic Qel-Droma, a Jedi Knight, journeyed to Empress Teta, where Satal promptly had him imprisoned within the Krath headquarters, known as the Iron Citadel. Satal harbored mistrust towards Qel-Droma, who had claimed he desired to join the Krath. Despite Aleema's disapproval, Satal injected him with a Sith poison. This poison drained Qel-Droma's strength and consciousness, nearly killing him. However, Aleema, who had planned to manipulate Qel-Droma into embracing the dark side, stopped Satal and instructed Norgor to assist her in moving the Jedi to her private chambers.
Satal's suspicion of Ulic Qel-Droma only intensified when a group of Jedi, led by Nomi Sunrider, arrived at the Iron Citadel in an attempt to persuade him to return to the Republic. Despite their efforts, Qel-Droma refused to accompany Sunrider. Later, Satal intercepted a message from Qel-Droma to Sunrider, revealing his intention to dismantle the Krath's power. Enraged, Satal ordered Norgor to dispatch a squad of twenty men to apprehend Sunrider. He also commanded Norgor to assassinate Qel-Droma, disregarding any objections from Aleema. Norgor launched his attack while Qel-Droma was in Aleema's bedchamber, crashing through the window with two blasters firing. However, he failed to hit his target, and the Jedi swiftly dispatched Norgor with his lightsaber.
Norgor displayed unwavering loyalty to the Ketos, especially Satal. He followed Lord Keto's commands without question, even if it meant risking his own life. During his attempted assassination of Ulic Qel-Droma, Norgor exhibited a certain boldness, choosing to forgo any stealth or subterfuge in favor of a direct assault through the window.
Norgor made his debut appearance in the fifth issue of Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi - Dark Lords of the Sith, a story arc within the Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi comic book series. This issue was penned by Kevin J. Anderson and Tom Veitch, with illustrations by Chris Gossett. It was released by Dark Horse Comics on February 14, 1995. In one instance, the comic erroneously spelled Norgor's name as "Norgar."
