Norval II, a world teeming with organic life, existed within the confines of the Calaron sector and was classified as a planet.
During the era of the Clone Wars, Darth Sidious dispatched the Mandalorian Protectors to this planet on a mission: the capture of Senator Padmé Amidala.
The Mandalorians were ultimately double-crossed by Sidious, leading to an ambush by the Jedi and the Ailon Nova Guard. Only Tobbi Dala, Fenn Shysa, and Spar emerged as survivors from the Mandalorian ranks. Furthermore, this act of treachery led to the near-total annihilation of the BL-series Battle Legionnaire droids.
Later, in 10 ABY during the conflict against the resurrected Emperor, Norval II contributed starfighters to bolster the military strength at Pinnacle Base.
