Obulette, situated within the Obulette system of the Tapani sector, functioned as the primary world for both Mecetti Province and the ruling House Mecetti, serving as their throneworld. The planet experienced constant twilight conditions because of the faint red star it orbited. While not as extensive as the shipyards of Tallaan, its orbital shipyards still achieved considerable success. Urban landscapes, grayish rocky terrain, and expansive, shallow bodies of water characterized much of Obulette's surface. Furthermore, Obulette served as the central base of operations for Shimper Ale, a minor Rebel group comprised of inexperienced fighters originating from House Mecetti.
