Odionate gunships during the invasion of Sarrassia
During the Republic Dark Age, the military of Sith Lord Odion employed Odionate planetary gunships. A key function of these gunships was transporting troops for planetary assaults, for example, the invasion of Sarrassia. Furthermore, they served to transport Grumani Hierophants enslaved by Odion's forces back to Odionate territory. Interestingly, these gunships shared a striking visual similarity with the Low Altitude Assault Transport gunships utilized by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, which occurred a full millennium later.
