Odu was a Jedi Master of the Ithorian species. This Jedi served the Jedi Order in the time of the Republic Era. Around 40 BBY, this Ithorian Jedi was known to use a lightsaber that emitted a blue blade. Odu was dispatched along with fellow Jedi including Mace Windu, Luminara Unduli, and Maslo-Skaff to provide aid to Eno Cordova and Cere Junda amidst a war that was taking place on Ontotho. After Junda was assisted in the rescue of Cordova from the temple under siege, the Ithorian Jedi Master plummeted into a deep chasm after the entrance bridge collapsed. This collapse was triggered by a sequence of events that began with the explosion of energy orbs. Cordova was unable to save Odu, who fell into the unstable excavation site's lower reaches.
