Lieutenant Commander Ondara distinguished himself as a Black Sun starfighter ace during the era of the Galactic Civil War. In the year 1 ABY, he shared command duties with Lieutenant Commander Chaen, overseeing the Dual Moons, which functioned as two distinct starfighter bases for Black Sun operating within the Bright Jewel system. Tragically, Ondara's life came to an end during the Battle of Tansarii Point Station, where he was killed by the forces under the command of Dartas Pytin of Car'das.
Ondara existed as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game, brought to life by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. Ondara's inclusion in the game was part of the "New Player Tutorial," which was implemented with the launch of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
