Oppressor
The Oppressor, an Executor-class Star Dreadnought, served within the Imperial Navy throughout the Imperial Era. As the most recently constructed Executor-class vessel of its era, the Oppressor was poised to undergo hyperdrive testing as a final step before its official deployment. At this point, the ship was operated by a minimal crew.
Prior to the scheduled hyperdrive trial, a contingent of Rebel Alliance operatives infiltrated the Star Dreadnought, reprogrammed its hyperspace jump coordinates, and successfully absconded. Consequently, the Alliance Fleet was able to ambush and obliterate the Oppressor.
Behind the scenes
The Fantasy Flight Games sourcebook Starships and Speeders, released in 2020, referenced the Oppressor.
