Following the Battle of Yavin by a duration of 18 months, the world was struck by a significant seismic event. This earthquake plunged its inhabitants into a state of hopelessness when the Galactic Empire declined to provide assistance due to the planet's lack of economic significance. Soon after the earthquake, a destructive megahurricane further ravaged the planet, hindering any attempts at providing relief. In spite of these challenging circumstances, the crew operating the Mighty Oak Apocalypse successfully managed to transport aid to the megacontinent's southernmost peninsula. A group dispatched by the Rebel Alliance, under the leadership of Wedge Antilles, also delivered assistance.
