OX9

The OX9 droid represented a specific type of labor droid deployed by the Trade Federation. These droids were built with a generally humanoid form, exhibiting a short, stout build. Notably, they possessed sizable, plate-shaped appendages on their hands, designed to aid in transporting heavy materials. Furthermore, these droids could erect diverse structures. Their heads were extended in length, their coloration matched the beige hue of B1-series battle droids, and their communication was conducted through a modulating form of droidspeak. The manufacturing of OX9 droids took place at designated command centers.

The initial appearance of the OX9 occurred within the 2001 video game titled Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, in addition to its add-on, the 2002 expansion pack, Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns. Their resource cost was 50 food units.
