Pallaxides, situated within the Ojoster sector of the Outer Rim, was a planet featured in Legends material. TaggeCo held ownership and operated it as a vacation destination.
This private planet, Pallaxides, was the property of TaggeCo, and starship entry was prohibited without explicit authorization. Functioning as a resort, TaggeCo prioritized its seclusion, even neglecting calls for help. Three IPV-1 System Patrol Craft continuously patrolled the area, escorting all civilian ships that arrived.
Hyperspace travel from Celanon to Pallaxides took around 12 hours.
Following the bombing of the Syndaar Military Prep School by the Ho'Din terrorist Ort Hoogra-D'En, System Sub-Commander Jared Brojtal journeyed to Pallaxides aboard the Carrack-class light cruiser Marduk to avenge his son's death. Upon locating Hoogra-D'en's base, defended by Aqualish mercenaries and spore bombs, he launched an attack using TIE/LN starfighters and TIE/rc starfighters. During the assault, Hoogra-D'En intended to escape using the Gymsnor-3 light freighter Batattis, employing two fleeing YT-1300 light freighters as diversions.
Later, a New Republic fleet, under the command of General Han Solo, liberated Pallaxides after an extended campaign in 13 ABY.
Pallaxides was home to several sizable predators, though none were considered a danger to visitors. However, TaggeCo executives imported several hazardous alien species, including shredder bats and zuxu, for sport. This introduction was done with no consideration for the potential long-term effects on the ecosystem.
The rormaroo, a docile creature used as a pack animal, was the largest indigenous animal on the planet.
