During the time of the Galactic Civil War, there existed an Aqualish male named Peggin Dulin.
In the year 1 ABY, Peggin Dulin made his home in the city of Mos Espa on the desert planet of Tatooine. It was there that he crossed paths with a spacer engaged in the task of piecing together a dismantled R2-series astromech droid. Both the Imperial Commander Barrezz and the Rebel Captain Bastra sought possession of this droid. The junk dealer known as Watto had previously informed the spacer that he had sold the primary casing to Peggin. However, Peggin clarified to the spacer that he had disposed of the casing upon discovering it was unsuitable for his own R2 unit. He did mention to the spacer that he had observed some Jawas sifting through his discarded items, suggesting they might have recovered the casing. Acting on this information, the spacer ventured towards the Jawa Mountain Fortress with the intention of retrieving the missing component from Ji'Ni Sil.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and brought to the public by LucasArts before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011, Peggin Dulin appeared as a non-player character. Peggin Dulin's inclusion in the game was part of the "Legacy Quest" which came with the release of "Publish 25", also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
