Pekt's clan's garrison

A Trandoshan clan, to which Pekt belonged, maintained a garrison. Within this garrison, Wookiee prisoners captured during the ongoing conflict between the two species were held as prisoners of war. As Pekt began his molting phase, he transitioned from experimenting on his family's staff to utilizing the Wookiees housed in the garrison for experimentation. Recognizing the potential of Wookiees as effective slaves if properly controlled, Pekt devised a system of restraints and methods to subdue them.
