Despite its name, the PFF did not have its primary location in the Pelagia Province; instead, it maintained a presence on Nista within the Cadriaan Province, where it possessed a pair of secure locations. Furthermore, the organization extended its reach across the sector with additional secure locations on planets like Neona and Vycinyth.
Within the Barnaba Province, the cell maintained a network of informants on the vacation destination of Vycinyth. Given that Vycinyth served as a common destination for the Tapani sector's elite, it proved to be a valuable hub for intelligence gathering. Furthermore, Nadia strategically positioned a contingent of operatives within the labor force of the Imperial Torpedo Sphere stationed in orbit around Tallaan.
In addition to its secure locations, the cell possessed a modest fleet of vehicles consisting of two shuttles and a pair of Y-wings.
