The Perkell sector, a sector situated within the Mid Rim region of the galaxy, encompassed both Gromas and Kenari. Subsequent to the theft of the Carrion Spike, which was the personal corvette belonging to Moff Wilhuff Tarkin, by a rebel cell, and its subsequent use in an attack against the Imperial space station known as Galidraan Station, the Imperial depot located on Gromas was regarded as one of only two possible locations where the stolen corvette could refuel. Nevertheless, the Carrion Spike did not journey into the Perkell sector; instead, it refueled on the planet Phindar, which resides within the Mandalore sector.
