Phindar, a planet situated within the Phindar system, existed within the Mandalore sector of the Outer Rim Territories. Vaadu held the position of senator for this planet during the period of the High Republic Era. The Phindian species inhabited this world, which endured an attack from the Confederacy of Independent Systems amidst the Clone Wars, and subsequently aligned itself with the Galactic Empire. A tanker facility existed in the planet's orbit. Approximately five years following the Clone Wars, this facility met its destruction at the hands of a rebel group who commandeered the Imperial starship called the Carrion Spike. Later, the planet became the site of a battle that occurred throughout the Galactic Civil War.
