In 231 BBY, after being taken as a prisoner by Nihil pirates and confined at a Nihil gas foundry located on the Outer Rim planet of Xais, Myarga was questioned by a Nihil pirate. This pirate was actually the undercover Jedi Knight Keeve Trennis, who aimed to assist the Hutt by ensuring her survival for as long as she could. During the interrogation, while communicating in Huttese, Myarga challenged her interrogator, inquiring about their perception of her, and declared that she would rather witness Trennis suffer in the Pits of Ku'rella than reveal any information to the Nihil.
The comic series Star Wars: The High Republic, specifically the tenth issue from 2021, mentions the Pits of Ku'rella. Marvel Comics released it on October 20, 2021, as part of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project, with Cavan Scott as the writer.
