A Hutt known as Qiltakka held membership within the Hutt Cartel. Back in 3643 BBY, Qiltakka found himself alongside another Hutt named Ybann at a Hutt Cartel safe house located on Nar Shaddaa. The two Hutts were seemingly in the midst of treaty negotiations involving the Sith and another entity – plausibly the Hutt Cartel, given the setting within their safe house – when the apprentice of Darth Baras barged in, disrupting their proceedings.
Subsequently, Qiltakka and Ybann proposed an agreement to the unexpected guest: in exchange for defeating Girik, the Hutts would postpone their treaty arrangements with the Sith. Qiltakka then inquired of Ybann about his wager, stating his own bet was placed on Girik. Nevertheless, Baras's apprentice rejected this proposition, launching an assault on Girik and the Cartel's security personnel, ultimately resulting in the deaths of both Qiltakka and Ybann.
Similar to other Hutts from the Old Republic era who found themselves needing to interact with technology, such as Juvard Illip Oggurobb, Qiltakka sported a computer interface visor that obscured his right eye.
