Formed in 35 ABY at Qoribu by the Killik Colony together with the Chiss Ascendancy, the Qoribu Truce specified that the Killik Colony would pull back from the territory held by the Chiss. As a condition of this peaceful removal, the Killiks received the right to colonize planets within the Utegetu Nebula. The Chiss Ascendancy also pledged to guarantee the Colony's borders and promised to avoid any acts of aggression. Leia Organa Solo acted as the mediator for this treaty.
The Chiss announced that the Truce had been violated in 36 ABY, citing the Colony's movement back into Chiss territory while under the control of Lomi Plo and her Dark Nest. This action triggered the beginning of the Swarm War.
