Nine months following the Battle of Yavin, the Alliance to Restore the Republic launched a raid against an Imperial cargo convoy that was in the vicinity of the planet named Per Lupelo.
A criminal syndicate located on the planet of Per Lupelo had discovered information about an approaching Imperial cargo convoy and began preparations for its seizure. However, a mole embedded within the criminal organization secretly alerted the Rebel Alliance. In response, the Alliance dispatched a squadron of Limpet ships, supported by X-wings, to intercept the convoy. This operation represented the inaugural deployment of the Limpet ships.
The TIE escorts were swiftly neutralized by the X-wings, effectively rendering the cargo ships virtually defenseless. Rebel operatives, Able and Basso, spearheaded a team of SpecForce Marines as they boarded one of the cargo ships, utilizing the Limpet's specialized connect-and-slice arms. The boarding party successfully apprehended the ship's crew and secured the cargo for the Rebellion's benefit.
Before long, the remaining three cargo ships were also taken, resulting in a decisive victory for the Alliance.
