Redeye functioned as a starship for Airam. As Task Force Vengeance carried out its missions, the vessel unfortunately encountered the Star Destroyer Rage along with the Interdictor Cruiser Compellor. This happened close to the Blair Cluster, where the pair of Imperial ships were in pursuit of illicit actions. Given its own involvement in questionable practices, Redeye found itself captured along with the others.
