The Reprieve, a medical frigate utilized by the New Republic, began its service as an EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate before undergoing modifications. Following an Imperial assault on their Talasea base, Rogue Squadron was ordered to evacuate and meet with the ship. Aboard the frigate, Corran Horn, Gavin Darklighter, and Andoorni Hui, all pilots from Rogue Squadron, received medical attention for injuries sustained during the fighting on Talasea. The Reprieve was later accompanied by Home One, the flagship of Admiral Ackbar; the Admiral then visited the Reprieve to conduct a memorial service honoring those lost on Talasea, including Rogue Squadron pilot Lujayne Forge.
