In the year 4 ABY, a rescue operation was carried out by the Naboo people to free Queen Padmé Amidala after she had somehow been taken captive by a group of Tusken Raiders who were based at Jundland Station.
The rescue party consisted of two Jedi Knights who, after forming a friendship with an Ewok named Simon, launched an assault on Jundland Station. They successfully freed the Queen before she suffered a death. Following this, they escorted the Queen back to her J-type 327 Nubian royal starship, eliminating the bounty hunter Aurra Sing, who attempted to thwart their efforts.
Upon their return to the vessel, they were ambushed by Darth Maul, but the three of them were able to defeat him.
This particular operation was an optional side quest available during the Liberation of Kashyyyk mission within the Wookiee Campaign of Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, as well as its expansion, Clone Campaigns. To access it, players needed to use "Forcesight" and "Forceexplore," and then navigate to the East Corner of the Map. The mission's setting is unclear, leaving it uncertain whether Jundland Station was located on Tatooine or Kashyyyk.
Until further evidence emerges, this mission is considered non-canon, due to the presence of several characters who had already passed away by 4 ABY, including Padmé Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn.
