Return of the Jedi 2

Return of the Jedi 2, published by Marvel Comics, is the second installment of the Legends comic book miniseries titled Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. This issue is an adaptation of the film of the same name, based on the screenplay penned by George Lucas and Lawrence Kasdan. Archie Goodwin handled the adaptation duties, while Al Williamson and Carlos Garzón provided the illustrations. Its initial release by Marvel Comics occurred in November of 1983. The story presented in this issue, titled "The Emperor Commands," commences with the Battle of the Great Pit of Carkoon.
