Rhysode Room

The Rhysode Room, situated within the Jedi Academy on Ossus, served as a meeting space. Its name commemorated Ganner Rhysode, a Jedi Knight who heroically perished in battle opposing the Yuuzhan Vong. Characterized by a sizable space dominated by a costly roo-wood serenity table accompanied by flowfit chairs, the room stood in stark contrast to the academy's generally minimal ornamentation. It was in this room that Leia Organa Solo planned to introduce a potential new homeworld, discovered by herself and Han Solo, to the representatives from Ithor. Ooamu Waoabi, the most senior of the Ithorians, was prepared to accept her proposal, but the unexpected arrival of Cal Omas, the Chief of State, disrupted the proceedings. In an effort to avert a potential conflict between the Killik and the Chiss, Organa Solo revealed their discovery. Subsequently, Omas, along with all Jedi present, concurred to allocate the newly discovered planet to the Killiks as a substitute for Qoribu, the planet that had been the root of a prior dispute.
