Riloh was a male Human bounty hunter operating throughout the Cold War period. This conflict involved the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire that had returned. He also had a cousin employed by the Black Sun organization.
During the year 3643 BBY, he, alongside Egara and Scorch, were in the service of Rogun Matt'rik. The three were tasked with locating Skavak and Ace because they had stolen weaponry. Nevertheless, they were unaware that Ace was actually the one who betrayed them and that the smuggler was also trying to find Skavak. The three discovered the smuggler inside the Dealer's Den cantina located on Coruscant, but ultimately, they were persuaded to stand down and depart.
