Ropok

Ropok, a Twi'lek of the male persuasion, founded IsoTech amidst the turmoil of the Clone Wars. This intergalactic conflict pitted the Galactic Republic against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During this period of widespread galactic strife, Ropok's sympathies lay with the Confederacy. Following the Republic's ultimate triumph in the Clone Wars, Ropok forged an agreement with Captain Rel Harsol, who commanded the Separatist Munificent-class star frigate named Sa Nalaor. Harsol had successfully rescued Cratala, a Separatist authority on cybernetics, from capture by the nascent Galactic Empire. Together, Cratala and Harsol intended to collaborate with Ropok, expanding IsoTech's operations into the clandestine realm of black market cybernetics. To finalize the specifics of this arrangement, Harsol dispatched his droid, IT-3PO. However, upon reaching Cholganna, the planet chosen as their base of operations, their vessel met with disaster, crashing and leaving them marooned, cut off from communication with the rest of the galaxy. In a last-ditch effort just prior to the crash, the captain attempted to send Ropok a message pod, containing data pinpointing the coordinates of their downed ship, but the pod never made it to the Wheel space station, Ropok's place of work. Lacking the vital cybernetics expertise, Ropok sought alternative avenues to sustain IsoTech, but his efforts were ultimately thwarted when he was apprehended by Imperial forces and incarcerated. He passed away while imprisoned, and his children, Reom, a son, and Shira_(Twi'lek), a daughter, inherited IsoTech. They managed the company effectively and eventually received the message pod, which led them to enlist the help of spacers to locate and rescue the crew of the Sa Nalaor.
