The Sabaoth destroyer functioned as a capital ship utilized by Captain Cavik Toth's forces both before and during the opening phases of the Clone Wars. One of these destroyers served as the flagship for Captain Toth himself.

This warship, the Sabaoth destroyer, was a massive and heavily armored vessel, specifically designed for engagements between capital ships. To achieve this, it was equipped with six capital ship turrets and eleven powerful anti-starfighter laser turrets distributed across its external structure. The design of its hull featured a dual-pronged configuration, echoing the design of the Sabaoth starfighters and Sabaoth Defenders it carried.
Although its impressive maneuverability aided in evading enemy attacks, it typically carried a complement of 12 support craft, which included Sabaoth starfighters and Sabaoth Defenders, within its lower hangar bay to neutralize any starfighter threats. The personal starfighter of Captain Toth was housed in the hangar of his flagship.
Sabaoth destroyers saw action in the battle above Geonosis at the commencement of the Clone Wars, but all three ships were ultimately destroyed by Zeta Squadron, a group led by Jedi Master Adi Gallia and Captain Nym. Captain Toth's own flagship met its end during this battle, resulting in Toth's death as well.

In early footage from Jedi Starfighter, specifically within the game's trailer, the Sabaoth Destroyer was depicted as a vessel operating in an aquatic environment during the game's second level. Later, an Aquatic Trade Federation battleship assumed this role.
The bows of these destroyers bear a resemblance to the Munificent-class star frigate, a prevalent warship within the fleet of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
