Saiak was a Corellian Human male, who served on the Corellian Council throughout the Galactic War. This war pitted the Galactic Republic against the re-established Sith Empire. Unbeknownst to most, Saiak was also a Force-sensitive operative, a Child of the Emperor working for the Sith Emperor. When the Barsen'thor invaded Guardian Hold One, Saiak exposed his true allegiance.
While the Galactic War raged on Corellia, Saiak operated from within Guardian Hold One as a member of the Corellian Council. Secretly, Saiak, along with fellow Councilors Delquis and Nadien, plotted to negotiate with the First Son, aiming to bring Corellia into the Empire's fold. However, their scheme was disrupted by the arrival of the Barsen'thor, who sought the First Son. Ultimately, Saiak revealed himself as a Child of the Emperor, murdering Delquis for his failure. Determined to prevent the Jedi from capturing the First Son, Saiak engaged the Barsen'thor in lightsaber combat. The Jedi Consular gained the advantage and ultimately defeated Saiak. During the final confrontation with Tenebrae, Saiak's spirit was among those who witnessed Tenebrae's ultimate demise.
