Scout Two was a male human serving the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Starfighter Corps throughout the Galactic Civil War. During a routine patrol, Scout Two and his wingman, Scout Three, another pilot, were surveying Scarif and came across the Galactic Empire's construction of a massive space station, a discovery of grave importance.
The voice actor for Scout Two is Sam Witwer, who has lent his voice to numerous roles within the Star Wars galaxy.
