The arsenal for the Separatist forces was a base of operations for the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and it was situated on the planet Melagawni. Throughout the Clone Wars, this depot furnished the Separatists with armaments for their conflict against the Galactic Republic, and a super tactical droid was in charge of the Separatist droid forces stationed there. The Republic dispatched a squad of former clone trooper defectors, under the leadership of Heater, with the mission to destroy this weapons depot.
