A squad, belonging to the Grand Army of the Republic, was under the command of clone trooper Heater throughout the duration of the Clone Wars. This squad consisted of Charlie, Racetrack, and Sync, all troopers who had, at one point, deserted the Republic's forces. Clone Commander Wolffe dispatched this squad on a mission with the objective of obliterating a Confederacy of Independent Systems weapons depot; their success would determine whether they earned their freedom or re-enlisted with the Republic. Having successfully completed the destruction of the depot, the troopers opted to rejoin the Republic's ranks.
