Silm'an Voueen existed during the era of the Galactic Civil War and was a Bothan female operative working as a spy.
In the year 1 ABY, Rakir Banai received orders from his superior, Drik Bandrik, to safeguard his mining enterprise from acts of sabotage. Consequently, Banai employed a spacer who eliminated the saboteur, Triggo Binz. However, before his demise, Binz claimed that Drik Bandrik was a slaver. Rakir Banai then engaged Silm'an Voueen to uncover the truth of the matter. Through her investigation, the Bothan spy verified the accuracy of this information. Subsequently, Silm'an Voueen encountered the spacer employed by Rakir Banai. Following the spacer's triumph over a group of assailants, Silm'an Voueen provided a datadisk containing details of Drik Bandrik's slave operations.
Silm'an Voueen was featured as a non-player character within the video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts that came out in 2003. The game's servers were taken offline on December 15 of 2011.
