Sisay, a female criminal, headed a group of individuals known as Sisay's gang. This gang operated within the urban environment of Tiquwe, a city situated on the world of Aloxor. The activities of Sisay and her cohorts put them at odds with Grand Admiral Savit's efforts to suppress pirates in the Esaga sector. Furthermore, Sisay maintained a state of vigilance against potential spies and operatives of the Imperial forces. On one occasion, when Eli Vanto and Brierly Ronan embarked on a mission to look into shipments related to Project Stardust originating from Aloxor, they found themselves encircled by Sisay's gang, along with their death trooper security detail who were in disguise.
