Sisquoc was a scout for the Rebel Alliance Intelligence, and a male Samuac individual.
Hailing from New Kisge, Sisquoc was a near-Human Samuac. He distinguished himself as a top student at the Twilight Class of the Galactic Outdoor Survival School. Following his graduation, Sisquoc successfully recruited the majority of his fellow students to join the Rebel Alliance. This action incurred the displeasure of Barosa Warren, the School's headmaster, and also Lunkar An, a student who felt humiliated by Sisquoc's success.
Sisquoc, along with most of his graduating class, became part of the Eclipse Team. He rose to the position of commander within Eclipse, leading the Twilight Squadron sub-unit, with classmates Adazian Liebke and Ma'w'shiye serving alongside him. Sisquoc's duties involved serving as a tracker and scout for the Alliance, and as a pathfinder for the SpecForce located at the Rebel base within his native Suolriep sector.
In 2 ABY, Sisquoc held the rank of Major and was a member of the Rebel Alliance Task Force. He authored significant reports concerning threats directed at the Rebel Alliance, with particular focus on Barosa Warren, Lunkar An, and Warren's assistant, Casti Tholon, with assistance from some of his former classmates. Sisquoc held suspicions that Warren was dispatching bounty hunters and mercenaries to target those alumni who had chosen to align themselves with the Rebel Alliance, and he requested that Intelligence dispatch Clanson.
