Sith Shadows
The Sith Shadows represented a band of criminals who targeted individuals with Force-sensitivity during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Characteristics
These individuals were most commonly encountered on the planet of Dathomir, specifically in the vicinity of the settlement known as Aurilia, although accounts suggest their presence on other planets as well. While the Sith Shadows encompassed various species, there were no recorded instances of Wookiees among their ranks. Mellichae, a Dark Jedi, served as the leader of the Shadows until his capture and imprisonment by the inhabitants of Aurilia.
It is possible that the Sith Shadows routinely committed acts of larceny within Aurilia, as they were frequently discovered in possession of precious materials exclusively utilized by the villagers. These stolen goods were frequently retrieved by spacers and subsequently employed for essential restoration efforts.
Behind the scenes
The Sith Shadows were featured as non-player characters within the Star Wars Galaxies video game, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its termination on December 15, 2011.
