Skarsk, a Trandoshan of the male gender, had a twin brother named Skeesk.
During the era known as the Cold War, both twins worked as protectors for Darth Skotia, the superior of Darth Zash. Skotia mistreated them, showing his strength and their slave weakness. The twins resented this, but their inferiority to the strong Sith Lord and the dark side forced their obedience. When Lord Zash dispatched the Sith Inquisitor to murder Skotia, he commanded Skarsk and Skeesk to eliminate the Inquisitor and Khem Val. Noticing the tablet on the Inquisitor, the twins defied Skotia and refused to harm Zash's apprentice, finally rebelling against their enslavement. The Inquisitor then instructed the twins to attack Skotia. However, their foolishness led to their demise.
