This conflict unfolded along the Processional Way of Coruscant in the year 43.5 ABY. A strange psychosis overcame Jedi Knight Jysella Horn, causing her to believe everyone around her had been replaced by duplicates, leading her to assault bystanders, hurling them across the Processional Way. Bazel Warv and Yaqeel Saav'etu, two of her companions, observed her destructive behavior from a nearby tapcafe. Recognizing her condition, they tried to subdue Horn, but she assaulted them, employing flow-walking to anticipate their actions. After inflicting a chest wound on Warv, she tried to escape, but Galactic Alliance Security personnel intercepted and apprehended her soon after. Horn was subsequently incarcerated, frozen within carbonite, and ultimately confined in a clandestine Galactic Alliance Security blockhouse. Jedi Master Cilghal, accompanied by several other Jedi, arrived shortly thereafter, and Saav'etu and Warv were transported back to the Jedi Temple for medical treatment and questioning.
