Skwelli

Skwelli was a member of the Priapulin species who held the rank of Jedi Master within the Jedi Order. His service occurred prior to 1000 BBY. Renowned as a highly skilled duelist, records of his combat prowess were preserved in a holocron within the Jedi Temple located on the planet of Coruscant. His name was invoked by Jedi Battlemaster Skarch Vaunk in The Jedi Path: A Manual for Students of the Force, a guidebook for Jedi trainees that was initially published in 990 BBY.

Biography

Skwelli was mentioned in The Jedi Path: A Manual for Students of the Force.

Prior to the Ruusan Reformation in 1000 BBY, Skwelli, a Priapulin Jedi Master, served the Jedi Order. As a highly competent duelist, his abilities were documented in one of the Order's holocrons for archival purposes, and these records were maintained within the Jedi Temple's archives on the planet of Coruscant, the capital of the Galactic Republic.

Jedi Battlemaster Skarch Vaunk considered Skwelli's skill with multiple lightsabers to be a "wonder," and accordingly mentioned him in the chapter titled "Lightsabers: Their construction and use," which she authored for The Jedi Path: A Manual for Students of the Force, a guidebook for Jedi trainees that was initially released in 990 BBY. Nearly nine centuries afterward, Padawan Thame Cerulian added annotations to the passage mentioning Skwelli in his personal copy of the book, describing the Priapulin's skills as "amazing." However, when the book was passed down to Cerulian's apprentice, Dooku, the future Sith Lord dismissed Skwelli as "sloppy" and criticized his lack of proper footwork.

Powers and abilities

Skwelli was a practitioner of Form VI in lightsaber combat and, due to his Priapulin physiology, which included multiple limbs, he could wield six sabers simultaneously. Several Jedi expressed admiration for his capabilities.

Equipment

Skwelli was equipped with six lightsabers.
