The Sojourn, a Hammerhead-class cruiser, functioned as the flagship of Admiral Carth Onasi in the period after the Jedi Civil War. After the happenings that resulted in the obliteration of the Peragus Mining Facility, the Sojourn was sent to look into the incident. Eventually, the ship participated in the Battle of Telos IV with a Galactic Republic group against Darth Nihilus and the Sith fleet under his command.
In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, the Sojourn's classification is mentioned by two different names. The game calls it both a Republic Cruiser and a Republic Frigate. Nevertheless, the ship's class is verified in Darth Bane: Path of Destruction.
When the player departs Telos IV for the first time in KOTOR 2 and inquires with the Telos Security Force droid regarding the Sojourn, the droid refers to it as "Valiant", but the subtitles display "Sojourn". It's possible that the ship was originally named the Valiant before being renamed.
