The seventh and concluding compilation of the Star Wars: Empire comic series is titled 'Star Wars: Empire Volume 7: The Wrong Side of the War'.
Having just left the devastated battlegrounds of Jabiim, where the Empire has nearly annihilated the entire population, Imperial Lieutenant Janek Sunber receives new orders to report to the tranquil prison facility situated on Kalist VI. However, unbeknownst to the Imperial forces, the Rebel Alliance has set their sights on Kalist Base, motivated by both its valuable fuel resources and the presence of a high-profile detainee—a captured Rebel who has already garnered the attention of Darth Vader.
Unbeknownst to Sunber, he is heading towards an inevitable confrontation with a former comrade now fighting alongside the Rebels, leading him to question which side of the conflict truly represents the righteous path.
