Star Wars Weekly 2 represents the second published comic within the Star Wars Marvel UK comic book series.
Similar to the American Marvel Star Wars comic series, its initial storyline was a retelling of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope across multiple issues. However, it was divided into twelve segments, contrasting with the six-part structure of the US version. This encompasses the latter portion of the narrative initially presented in the US publication, Star Wars (1977) 1.
