Static hyperspace field generator

A static hyperspace field generator A static hyperspace field generator is a machine designed to create a static hyperspace field. Its design featured a circular base with two sizable nozzles positioned at an angle above it; the field, which looked like a radiant white light, materialized above this base. In the year 34 ABY, the First Order managed to build one of these generators and employed it within their experimental hyperspace tracker. This tracker was installed on their flagship, the Supremacy, and used to monitor the Resistance as they escaped across the galaxy. The First Order's version of the generator was situated behind a glass barrier, atop a tower in the tracker room's center. It was surrounded by computers and [databanks], whose processing speeds were significantly boosted by the static hyperspace field.
