Stephon Sprocketfire existed as a male Human during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Back in 1 ABY, an accident occurred at the Imperial Research and Prison Facility located on the planet Dathomir, and Stephon Sprocketfire was there. The Blackwing virus being researched at the facility was released, and the result was the near-total destruction of the local population, transforming them into ravenous undead beings. In response, the Galactic Empire quickly put a Quarantine Zone in place to try and stop the spread of the infection. Sprocketfire was one of the few survivors of the initial outbreak, and he found himself trapped inside this Quarantine Zone. To survive, the remaining people established settlements to fend off the constant zombie attacks, hoping to stay alive until they could be rescued. Stephon Sprocketfire sought refuge in Camp Beta, along with Oona Wran, a Bothan, and Volo Madine, a miner. Sprocketfire was responsible for the camp's first line of defense, and he would enlist the help of any spacers who were foolish enough to enter the Quarantine Zone.
Stephon Sprocketfire appeared as a non-player character in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game released in 2003. The game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, before it was shut down on December 15, 2011. Sprocketfire was introduced to the game as part of "Game Update 14," also known as the "Death Troopers" update, which went live on October 12, 2009.
