Steve Leialoha


Steve Leialoha, born on January 27, 1952, is known as both a comic book artist and a colorist. In the initial issues of Marvel Star Wars, he provided inking and coloring alongside penciller Howard Chaykin, and he later contributed to the title again, inking the pencils of Cynthia Martin before its end. His career in the comic industry started in 1975 with contributions to the independent comic anthology Star Reach. During the 1970s and 80s, he went on to work for Marvel Comics, working on various titles like Howard the Duck and Spider-Woman. Beginning in the latter part of the 1980s, he also created art for DC Comics, on series including Batman and The Sandman.
