Stim, a male human, existed in the era of the Clone Wars.
The character of Stim was developed for an unfinished arc from Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated show; this arc would have included bounty hunters such as Boba Fett and Cad Bane. Matt Michnovetz wrote the four episodes of this arc. Even though his name wasn't known until later, Stim briefly appeared in the story reel footage of the duel between Fett and Bane shown at Celebration Orlando in 2017; later, artist Pat Presley shared his concept art for the character, showing three potential designs and the name "Stim."
