Stonewall Labs, situated on Naboo, functioned as a company that specialized in droid engineering during the era of the Galactic Civil War.

The main facility for Stonewall Labs was based within the Gallo Mountains on Naboo, a world located in the Mid Rim. This laboratory, positioned to the east of the city known as Dee'ja Peak, housed numerous distinct droid types. These included ZH-28 guards, SWL-5 overseers, LC-92 antagonists, and Mechthorians. Furthermore, the lab was populated by B1-Series battle droids that were tasked with maintaining surveillance, guarding the premises, and preserving resources. These droids were painted in various colors that corresponded to their specific roles.

Professor Lancil Cordelis held ownership of Stonewall Labs. The staff included Professor Zanier Hudmasse, technician Tanoa Vills, Security Chief Vance Groten, and security officers Kippy Martin and Walker Luskeske. By the time the Battle of Yavin occurred, Professor Cordelis had shut down the laboratory and disappeared without any explanation.
During 1 ABY, a spacer attempted to retrieve an Old Republic droid module from Stonewall Labs, leading to a meeting with Zanier Hudmasse, Vance Groten, and Tanoa Vills. These three individuals consented to aid the spacer in their endeavor, granting entry into the Stonewall Labs headquarters to locate an Old Republic droideka that was undergoing study there. The spacer proceeded to destroy the droideka within the laboratory and successfully obtained a Strategy/Tactics Simulation Chip that had been installed in it. Additionally, the spacer found and took an ion relic pistol that had been left behind in the lab.
Stonewall Labs was featured as a location in Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game from 2003, before the game's termination on December 15, 2011. The addition of Stonewall Labs to the game was part of the "Legacy Quest" with the release of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
