A pie made using sunberries was known as sunberry pie. This edible and circular food item was beige in color and consumed by the Ewoks.

History

Wicket shoves a slice of pie in the face of Malani.

At an Ewok festival held in Bright Tree Village on the Forest Moon of Endor in 3 ABY, Wicket Wystri Warrick and Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, who were young Ewoks, brought a basket filled with sunberry fruits to Warrick's mother, Shodu Warrick. Shodu then used the berries to bake sunberry pie for the festival, expressing her gratitude to the young Ewoks and mentioning that she could always use additional berries during the carnival. Kintaka complimented her pies, mentioning that they consistently won first prize. Subsequently, Shodu requested that Wicket and Kintaka supervise Wicket's wokling sister, Winda, while she was occupied with pie preparations.

Later that day, Wicket and Winda, accompanied by several of Wicket's friends and other woklings, returned home after their visit to the Horville's Hut of Horrors attraction, which had frightened the woklings. As they cried due to being scared, the adult Ewoks arrived, and Shodu asked what was happening. Wicket, who was not supposed to have taken them to the Hut of Horrors, attempted to conceal the woklings' real reason for crying by claiming they were having a sleepover and that the woklings were simply crying because they wanted more of Shodu's sunberry pie. In an attempt to prove his claim, he and his friends forced slices of pie into the mouths of the four crying woklings: Nippet, Wiley, Winda, and Malani. Two of the adult Ewoks, Weechee and Widdle Warrick, also tried to take slices of the pie, but Shodu took the pie away before Widdle could eat any.
